I purchased this 16" Length-"From Short to Long Naturally from a hair sho pin southend on sea, i was ver apalled with this, as when i used this the human hair kept falling out from the extensions, I will never be buying this product again, I feel i was just the unlucky one with a bad pack. So i am just writibg this so this wil not occure again.
